Bright Gable service terms

These terms describe the standard Bright Gable website service. A written project confirmation can add or change details for a specific customer.

Preview and approval

The initial preview is free. No payment is due until the customer approves moving forward. Public proposal pages are demonstrations and are not represented as the business's official website.

Standard service

The $99 setup includes one focused one-page website, writing and mobile design, one revision round, and launch support. Domain registration is separate at the registrar's actual cost and remains in the customer's name. Extra pages, booking, ecommerce, custom integrations, and additional revisions require a separate written quote.

Monthly plan

The $7 monthly plan includes managed static hosting, SSL, backups, basic monitoring, and one small content edit per month. It renews automatically each month until canceled. Unused edits do not roll over.

Cancellation and ownership

The customer may cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing hello@brightgable.com. Service continues through the paid billing period. On request, Bright Gable will provide the customer's current site files so they can host the site elsewhere.

Customer materials

The customer confirms they have permission to use the names, logos, photographs, testimonials, and other materials they provide. Bright Gable may refuse unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

Payments and refunds

Checkout charges the $99 setup fee and first $7 month together. If Bright Gable cannot deliver the agreed standard site, the setup fee will be refunded. Fees for completed and approved work are otherwise non-refundable except where law requires.

No performance guarantee

Bright Gable provides design, hosting, and maintenance. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or uninterrupted availability.
